Check out the Splunk DB Connect app at https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/2686/. Documentation is available at http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/DBX/latest.

I downloaded the SPLUNK DB application.
Only I do not know how to set up and make a connection between SQL SERVER and SPLUNK.
I would like a detailed explanation including a URL link to explain how to connect them. (Not DOCS homepage)

That link was supposed to be to the DBX document. Try this one, instead http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/DBX/3.1.1/DeployDBX/AboutSplunkDBConnect

I could write some instructions here, but they won't be as detailed as what you'll find in the documentation. If, after reading the manual, you still have questions, feel free to post a new question.
