How can I integrate Splunk and Freshdesk? I have not seen anything meaningful online so far.

The site says "This integration is currently in development and will be available soon."
I just introduced it because it came out after searching. I don't know the details.
The app is not available on the automate.io platform, or is there something i am missing out?
