How can I change the owner of the alert in alert manager action ?

Hello

How can I change the owner of the alert in alert manager action ? 
I have only unassigned

Try Settings-All configurations then click the "Reassign Knowledge Objects" button.  The rest should be clear.

sorry, maybe i wasnt clear enough

I want to add alert action to my alerts for the alert manager app

there i have to add owner

but i have no list so the only thing i can do is attach to unassigned
