Filter fields per role access?

Hi!

I would like to ask question whether its possible to filter certain fields per role.

For example,

If I have a data
field1,field2,field3
a,b,c

and have userA - roleA,

Is it possible to show just field1 for roleA ?

Thanks,
Yu

You can restrict roles with specific search parameters, so you could try setting something using the fields command, but I suspect this is not possible with role access.

Any restriction you apply at role level will affect all the searches that the user performs. E.g. if you add "| fields field1" in the Restrict search terms for the role but then it will get appended to all the search that user performs.
