Is that part of the search or is that used in a subsequent command ( such as “ | where “ ) or an if or case statement?

As you mentioned that you are trying to search businessChannel from sample data you have provided. However I can't find anything with word businessChannel in your sample data. Can you please clarify what you want to search from sample data which you have provided ?
