Customize the startpage for an user

Hi

I made a dashboard for a user in Splunk 4.1.7 and now I would like to set this dashboard as the default startpage. I have tried a little bit with the prefs.conf but without success.
Is it possible too, to at the startpage for a group?

Maybe someone bring light in dark
