Creating table using multiple lookup files and Index data

Hi, I am a beginner in Splunk, need help to resolve dashboad related issue

Scenario:I have a table whose data is coming from multiple .csv files, now I want to add two more columns which coming from an Index.

Finding it difficult to add Index data into existing table. Unable to write SPL to fix this issue. Please help me to know how can I achieve my optput.

Please share the current search along with information about the columns to add.  Does the indexed data share any fields with any of the lookup files?
