Charts with positive and negative values

Is it possible to have charts with both positive and negative values?

For example, if I have a time series that can have both positive and negative values, I'd like to have 0 on the Y axis somewhere in the middle (so I can see both positive and negative values).
Doesn't seem to be possible so I was wondering if I'm missing something.

What chart are you trying and failing with? And how does it fail? This should work just fine. I just tested with a bar chart without problems.

I couldn't find a way to display both negative and positive values on Line - Timechart.
Graph goes to negative values, however, Y-axis never show negative values.
