Can't search on splunk

Hi, I'm unable to search splunk receiving the error below:

Error in 'litsearch' command: Your Splunk license expired or you have exceeded your license limit too many times. Renew your Splunk license by visiting www.splunk.com/store or calling 866.GET.SPLUNK.

Need help please.

One more chances is your indexers might not be able to communicate to license master do check this connection if you are sure if you didn't exceed the license limit or didn't get any warning for license violation.

You either need to wait until you have less than five violations in a 30-day window or add a license (or get a reset key from your sales rep).

Hi how do I ask for a reset key? as my sales rep told me that I've to ask on splunk support website.
