Can't install PDF Server

I'm logged in as admin, but it keeps prompting me for username/password when trying to update this app. Is there a permission missing that is preventing me from updating apps when logged in as admin?

Perhaps this is a stupid question, but is it asking you for your splunk.com credentials rather than local splunk credentials?
