I can use DBConnect to acquire data from SQL Server OLTP databases into splunk. Is there a similar app to connect to an OLAP multidimensional (Cubes/dimensions) instance? If not, are tabular instance connections possible?

I know I am reviving an old topic but did anyone succeed this either with jdbc4olap or any other method?
um did you have a look at http://www.jdbc4olap.org/ ? It should be possible using the DBX app
