Can someone please guide me some sweet spots of Splunk Analytics to MITRE Framework?

Hi everyone,

I am coming from background of   Java, Python in the past 12 years.

I am new to Splunk. Currently I am with Doctrine studies at George Washington University in Cybersecurity-Analytics and I am planning to work on Praxis in 2 months, which involves in Splunk integration with MITRE framework.  Can someone guide me to pointers for Splunk MITRE framework architectures and project examples, with any free training, if possibly any intern opportunities with Splunk, in this framework directions. I have another 2 months to go.
