SPLUNK SOAR WHOIS RDP PROXY testing Connectivit

Hi Team,

Proxy connectivity test for WHOIS RDP is failing on SPLUNK SOAR UI.

I have configured proxy setting at GLBOBAL Environment level. how to fix this issue.
