Problem With Installing .Ova Phantom

Good morning Support,

I am writing to you regarding a problem. I am a member of Phantom Community, I have downloaded Phantom's.ova, i.e. OVA Image 5.2.1.78411 and installed on Wmware esxi environment but I have problems, services, ports and consequently applications do not go up.
Could you help me and understand what is the problem?

1) what file you are using

2) VM details

3) installation steps and the eror you are facing.
