How do I disable a running Playbook?

In Splunk Phantom 4.10 Free Community Edition, how can we disable a playbook with a status of running other than by using stop_phantom.sh and start_phantom.sh?

We would like to know how to do this other than by executing the above scripts, as restarting the process every time is operationally burdensome.
