Splunk RUM questions

  1. I am trying to set up Splunk RUM. I updated the global attributes using setGlobalAttributes. I have a user ID set in the global attributes.

    I can see the global attributes in the user sessions table, but I am not able to filter by the user ID.
    filter with user.png

  2. I have added
    instrumentations: {
        websocket: true,
        socketio: true,
      },
    to track the WebSocket errors, but I don't see the socket errors logged on my dashboard. Where can I find them?

    Please help me with the above queries.

    Regards,
    Kalyan

In your settings -> apm and rum metricsets, you probably need to add these tags as RUM metricsets.
