Splunk IT Service Intelligence: User Permissions & Service Swapping Dropdown

Hello,
I'm using "Service Swapping" option on a glass table where I can swap between services.
I would like to have this option (dropdown) available to ALL Users.
Right now, if a regular user doesn't have the permission to edit a glass table, they can't swap between services.

Could you please provide me with an option on how to make this feature (dropdown) available to all users (without having them edit the glass table)?

If not, is there an easy way to add a dropdown for any glass table. Thank you!

I believe this functionality was added in the most recent release (4.4.0). I just checked and even though a user doesn't have edit access, they still see the service swapping dropdown (see screenshot):
