Service Health Score - No Results Found

I'm working with ITSI and built a base search with multiple metrics. After adding these metrics to to a deep dive, the Service Health Score is returning "No Results Found". I looked at the base search of the Service Health Score and the source source=service_health_monitor is not returning results.

Any ideas why this is not populating?

We were able to figure this out.. In v2.5.2 there is a bug when using a custom command. If some services do not have KPI's associated with them then it will not allow the service health score to populate for any services
