Sample payload for custom webhook notification in Splunk app for Infrastructure

I want to send alerts to the web hook from Splunk app that is generated by resource monitoring for each alert or error raised.

Could you please help me with the payload that is generated by configuring the custom webhook notification in Splunk app for Infrastructure.
if you can provide me the sample payload that would be great help.
