Does anyone have more information on how the command setseverityfields works in Splunk IT Service Intelligence? Google, Splunk Docs, Search Assistant & Splunk Answers are all striking out on this one.

This nasty command takes 17 seconds to complete, slowing whole ITSI down. Is it a bug in ITSI 4.5 ?
