ITSI is creating entities with some garbage values. I want to disable that auto-creation of entities in my environment.
How i can do that?
Mine is a clustered environment, where i am always getting the error to edit those inputs.
You can adjust this on any of the search heads with in the cluster it will populate to all so that the disabled components are completely disabled. This component uses the same rest calls as disabling a search.
The location you are looking for is under Settings > Data Inputs > IT Service Intelligence CSV Imports
Custom imports will be at the bottom of the page and you can update or disable from the screen once you click on it.
