For the sake of DR or Backup, How do I backup or Recover say, my Splunk Deployment Server or Cluster Master please? If I may also ask what about SHs, Indexers and so on please. Thank u in advance.

Backup of static information is covered in https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/8.1.3/Admin/Backupconfigurations . This applies to all instance types.

Indexers are trickier because the hot buckets cannot be backed up.  That's why we have indexer clustering - so Splunk can back up itself.
