1. I have installed the TA from https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/3991/

2. I have created a HEC token

3. I have created 2 new indexes

4. What should I do next from splunk end and what Kubernetes team should do?

Hi, now that Splunk can receive data, you need to deploy the Splunk Connect for Kubernetes Helm chart with the assistance of your Kubernetes team.
