login failed

I downloaded Splunk Enterprise with my signed up info. After downloading and installing the program I am not able to login with the credentials I used to download the program. Can anyone help me how to go about it.

How did you install Splunk Enterprise? From Docker hub? Windows, Linux or Mac?
