iplocation command not working post mmdb file update

With all the configuration proper in limits.conf as well as mmdb file updated in /opt/splunk/share/. 

limits.conf

[iplocation]
db_path = /opt/splunk/share/GeoLite2-City-Latest.mmdb

Please help to get the solution for this. Thanks in advance
