Why is Splunk readiness App scanning not completed even after long hours?

I have splunk readiness 2.2.1 version installed on my splunk enetrprise 7.3.3 version.I am literally scanning a single app and still the scanning is not completed even after 8 hrs.The status is showing as below

0% complete, Starting a new scan.

I even tried to hit from REST API as given in doc but even through that scanning was not completed

What am i missing out in steps?Any suggestions?
