Java Update 8 333 Java Se Development Kit 8 Update 291
Due to vulnerabilities, we need to update the Java version. Can we upgrade to the latest version and if not can you please tell me the latest version of Java I can upgrade to?
IIRC, Splunk Enterprise does not use Java. Check your apps, however, as some of them (DB Connect is one) use Java. The docs for the app will say which versions of Java can be used.
