Splunk dbconnect doesn't show DataLab

Hi all,

I'm working with Splunk Enterprise 10.4.0 and after the upgrade, when I go  to the Data Lab page of Splunk DB Connect APP, I see a blank a page. I tried to reinstall the application Splunk DB Connect with the last version,  but nothing has changed. I've tried to stop/start the application, but nothing.

The other pages are correctly shown .

My java version:

java -version
java version "21.0.10" 2026-01-20 LTS
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 21.0.10+8-LTS-217)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 21.0.10+8-LTS-217, mixed mode, sharing)

Any Ideas?

Solved.

I've found after a copy two db_inputs.conf with same checkpoint.
