Splunk UI color customization or way to indicate splunk instances

We are preparing to implement splunk enterprise in a 3 instance environment (DEV, QA and Production). Is there a way to change the color schemes on the UIs to help indicate which instance a user is currently using? Or some visual indication(s) for users that may have access to multiple instances, to identify which Splunk instance the UI is working with?

I would recommend setting up a Global banner like this:
