New Ship To contact was confirmed after license was sent. Can the new Ship To access the license that was forwarded to him, or is there a way to send the license to the new Ship To contact?
Your company main contact can add that right to you on Splunk support portal. If your current/previous contact person is no longer available, you should ask that Splunk will define a new main contact on support portal. Just contact your Splunk sales/support person.
After that change you could download licenses from portal.
