Thanks for your help @ITWhisperer .. To mask these field values I can use sedcmd as below right?

SEDCMD-Test = s/<ab:Nm>(?<Nm>[^<]+)/<ab:Nm>########/g

Expected Output:

<ab:Nm>########</ab:Nm>
