How to remove default data input parameters?

I dont want incidentid/ checkpoint typeI dont want incidentid/ checkpoint type

Hi Team,

I have created an application which has key, name etc., But there are some extra fields like checkpoint type are popping up whenever I create a new input to that app. How do I change these setting backend?

 

Please help!!!
