How to integrate Splunk DB Connect App with Azure SQL database. I need to create inputs(Query) and ingest the results from Azure database into the Splunk.

Can we use Splunk DB Connect App to do the same ? If yes, exactly what all drivers I need for that ?

Yes, you should be able to use DB Connect to access an Azure SQL database.  You'll need the right JDBC driver, which you can find at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/connect/jdbc/connecting-to-an-azure-sql-database?view=sql-serve... along with other helpful information.
