I need to add a file to a lookup list / table. Please share how this is done?

Short answer to a short question: The Lookup File Editor app has an import function.

Better answer: tell us more about the problem you are trying to solve. What kind of file is it? Is this a one-time operation or will it be on-going? What is the desired end result? Do you have CLI access?
