How can I handle this MC access vulnerability?

I just upgraded the whole environment (Core and UFs) to 9.3.8 to fix a set of vulnerabilities, and now, to my surprise, a new vulnerability came up - https://www.tenable.com/plugins/nessus/299412

And the apparent solution to it is to upgrade to 9.3.9 (or a later version). How do I handle this?
