Fixed Issues listed for 6.6.4 doc in HTML is different from the list in PDF in 6.6.4 doc

I see the different information for fixed issue for 6.6.4 in HTML version and PDF version (download PDF).

Could anyone know which information is correct?
Especially, I want to know if the following issue (listed in PDF only) has been fixed.

Here is a list of fixed version of the issue.

SPL-142334 (Fix for ver.6.6.4)
SPL-145978 (Fix for ver.7.0.1)
SPL-143553 (Fix for Next Major or Minor Release)
SPL-145370 (Fix for ver.6.6.3.1)
