Splunk Enterprise

Error when uploading data "Upload failed with ERROR : Connection closed by peer"

AussiePeter2016

I've just setup Splunk Light on my local workstation

Environment
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional
Version: 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601

Splunk Version: Splunk Light Version 6.4.1
Splunk Build: debde650d26e

The changes I've made to the configuration is to use hostname, https, and update the pem certificates.
I'm now testing uploading data and using the Splunk log splunkd_ui_access.log
All goes well until I submit, then I receive the error "Connection closed by peer"

I have local admin rights to my workstation. What am I missing?
Cheers
Peter
