Error after refreshing Splunk

I am receiving below errors after refreshing the Splunk - 

Refreshing admin/collections-conf RESTException [HTTP 503] [{​​​​​​​​'text': 'KV Store initialization failed. Please contact your system administrator.', 'code': None, 'type': 'ERROR'}​​​​​​​​]

Refreshing admin/unix_configured InternalServerError <class 'splunk.admin.BadProgrammerException'>: This handler claims to support this action (2), but has not implemented it.

Is your kvstore up and running? You could check it from _internal or splunkd.log on host level. Check that ssl cert is valid.
