What problem are you trying to solve?  Have you seen the CIM app (https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/1621) or the documentation (https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/CIM/4.20.2/User/Overview)?

Yes, I went though this documents.

My ask is if I want to write use cases for any Malware Detection / Authentication related issues, what are the rules or logics we can follow to get better results. We have any documentation or source for this.

The main rule is to make sure your data is onboarded properly.  There's no value in writing use cases that use CIM fields if the data does not also use CIM fields.

For example logics, I recommend the Splunk Security Essentials app.  It has many use cases with example queries.
