What is the technology Splunk use for data intergrity?

Hi Splunker,

I'm new splunk. I'm try to use data integrity but I'm not sure what the encryption technology Splunk use? MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, etc..

It is SHA256 with default block size of 128KB.
