I would like to log network traffic for 10 servers in my environment  for period of 60 day's and analyze it later on ,Can splunk gather thi .

Yes, Splunk is capable of doing that.  Whether you can do it depends on the volume of the logs and whether Splunk has enough storage for it.  Of course, you'll need to find a way to get the logs from your network device(s) into Splunk.
