How to integrate Service Desk Plus with Splunk ES

I want to integrate Manage Engine Service Desk Plus with Splunk ES, I am trying this using Splunk Webhook method, but the thing is when I select Webhook alert action, I get then option to fill the webhook url only, where can I keep the Header and Payload? Please suggest any other ways if possible.

The built-in webhook action is fairly limited. You might want to use the more generalized HTTP action app.

The alert action configuration itself seems pretty self-explanatory however.
