I'm getting data that drops off daily for a series of hosts on a daily basis.

One group is in singapore and another in Manilla

Where would you start to troubleshoot this ?

By drop off, you mean the data stops coming in? Does it also come back to life automatically, or do you need to do something to get it working again?

To be able to provide any more concrete assistance, can you please describe how you are collecting this data?
