errors on poll_jmx.sh

I got this error, what are the step I need to resolve this issue:

java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused]"

First of all , have you followed the configuration instructions in the documentation ? There is a README and a PDF user guide.

Based on the above messages(it looks like you haven't configured your config.xml file and are just using the shipped example settings) :

1) Is the JMX remote connector enabled on your target JVM ?
2) Have you setup your config.xml file correctly (host, jmxport, optionally the jmxuser/jmxpass)
