Users in Splunk Cloud

I'm using the 15-day Splunk Cloud trial and I'm doing the fundamentals 1 free course. In lab 3 they have us create a new user but when I go to settings, there is not button for users there. Is it in a different spot? Do I not have access to that?

It's under Settings->Access control. Make sure you're signed in as a user with the sc_admin role.

I don't have that option either and I'm logged in with my admin account.

I suspect, but can't find it documented anywhere, that trial accounts cannot create users.

That's reasonable but also doesn't make sense because they offer the course for free and it explicitly said there that it's possible to use the cloud option to finish the course and they referred to the 15 day cloud trial version.
