Splunk SDK can't connect to Splunk Cloud

I can't connect to my splunk cloud instance through Splunk SDK. Is it possible? Should I can log directly to splunk cloud? I'm getting these error messages <System.Exception : An error occurred while sending the request.> <Unable to connect to the remote server>

You can use the REST API, HEC, and SDKs if you have a paid subscription to Splunk Cloud.
Self-Service Splunk Cloud deployments: Use your Splunk Cloud URL prefixed with input- for REST API and HEC access. Example: https://prd-p-rb4p3d3s4vxb.cloud.splunk.com:8088

To access the REST API, use port 8089. To access HEC, use port 8088.

SDK and API are only available on large splunkcloud deployments, after requesting the API port to be open.
(i.e. : not on splunkcloud self service or trials currently)
