Splunk Python SDK unavailable from Google Code

http://code.google.com/p/splunk-python-sdk/ has been displaying a 403 error for a few days now.

pip install http://splunk-python-sdk.googlecode.com/files/splunklib3.4.tar.gz is a 403 as well.

Does anyone know what's up, or if there is a mirror for splunklib3.4.tar.gz anywhere?

Hi,
Will it be a good idea to add logger function in Java-SDK where you can put logs with INFO,DEBUG,ERROR... category? So that we can enable log level in one common place and go about the code flow (for faster learning and debugging)
