Renaming an App

DTERM

I copied the Unix App and created a custom app from that template. Now all my pages start off with the splunk > *nix in the upuper left hand side.

Can can I replace that with splunk > MyApp?

Also can I completely replace it with my corporate logo?

If so, how??

Thanks.

Layout settings for your application are defined in /appserver/static/application.css. The application logo is defined in the .appLogo section:

background: url(appLogo.png) no-repeat 0 0;

So, either switch out $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/apps//appserver/static/appLogo.png (and appLogo.gif for IE compatibility) for your own one, or modify the css so it points to your logo instead.
