Reading SSO configuration Summary

Is it possible to read SSO configuration summary via a custom command?(Written in Python using Splunk Lib) such as Trusted IP, Cookie set etc.

Can you not just read the $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/system/local/authentication.conf file with your python script? If not then look at using web services to read this file:
