Is Learning AWS cloud is important? for going ahead with splunk cloud
Please let me know that splunk offering cloud for 15 days trial will it have step by step installation steps too.

will try to answer the questions in order
is learning AWS important? well, imho, the world is going to that direction so i think regardless of splunk, it is worthwhile to learn and study. basics are fine for starters, there are tons of free videos and lessons online on this subject. go explore.
is learning AWS important for a Splunk Cloud option? well, see above, however, understanding basic concepts and ideas behind cloud and also around connecting (your local, or cloud data) to Splunk cloud is important.
step by step installation? so, one of the great benefits of Splunk Cloud is, you dont have to install or maintain Splunk! so, no you will not have a step by step installation steps, and you will never need to. if you will need to grow and expand splunk footprint, splunk cloud operations team are there for you to carry that load. if you need an upgrade, they will do it for you, etc...
